Ciarán from Co Louth chopped the middle out of the car (28 inches to be exact) and joined it back up to create an oddly cute mini-car. As he says:

Unsurprisingly, the Nissan Micra-Micra doesn’t have tax or NCT, because can you imagine rolling up to the NCT centre in this? But Ciarán does suggest it can be used as an “advertising or promotional vehicle”.
